1.Entrepreneur Development Program (EDP)

We are looking for extra ordinary individuals who have strong leadership quality and entrepreneur mindsets to be trained intensively in our Entrepreneur Development Program for 12 months.The aim of the Program is to develop future leaders of the company in the sales area.

Tight selection process will be in placed to select the right candidates and Monthly Take Home Pay of minimum Rp 3,000,000,- (netto) will be rewarded to selected individuals during development periods

Requirements :

Bachelor degree holder from reputable university.

Preferably has a minimum of 2 years working experience BUT outstanding fresh graduates are welcomed.

Male or female with maximum age of 35 years old.

Has an entrepreneur mindset.

Outstanding communication skill.

High level of self confidence.

Strong will to succeed and strive hard to achieve the best.

Able to work under pressure to achieve goal(s).

All we ask is that you have a desire to work with people, earning very good money, enjoy challenges and want to have fun but receive continuous and intensive trainings and development as well…..then join us !! We don’t need you to know anything about financial services - we will train you !!

We are looking for outstanding individuals who have strong desire in developing sales people into excellent sales leaders, future backbone of the company, in the sales area.

We need you to have strong background in the insurance and/or financial industry and experience in leading sales team and proven sales record.

Attractive remuneration package will be given to selected candidates

2.Financial Entrepreneurs Development Manager (FEDM)
Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university

Minimum 3 years working experience in the related fields

Fluency in English (written & verbal) is a must

Outstanding communication skill

High level of self confidence

Strong will to succeed and strive hard to achieve the best

Able to work under pressure to achieve goal(s)
