We are currently looking for :
Integrated Office Assistant
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering, Architecture and / or other technical disciplines, with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Hold around 2 years of working experience in building management and 1 year in general affairs management
• Have good analytical thinking, customer service orientation, teamwork & cooperation skills, and business minded
• Should be willing to travel to all Sampoerna office areas in Indonesia
• Proficient in both oral and written English
• IT literacy ( Excel/Word/Power Point ) is a must
Responsibilities:
To supervise all activities that relate to one roof building program (Integrated Office Management program) for Marketing, Handal, and Panamas Regional Offices in order to provide consistency & continuously improvement service level to all user.
