-Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university. Min GPA 3
-Demonstrated services and people oriented
-Have experience in service industry min 1 year
-Sound communication and inter-personal skill
-English proficiency, other language would be added value
-Ability to work under pressure and flexibility of work hours
-Willing to be stationed as local staff
Responsibilities:
-Manage the transaction traffic within the branch
-Provides quality problem-free, prime and timely service to customers
-Responsible for handling inquiries and maintenance related to banking and card products
-Responsible for ensuring compliance to Audit and Quality Assurance standards are in place within the branch services
