Vacancy Engineer at PT KPSI Balikpapan

We are leading services company for the resources sector; covering
road and civil construction, plant engineering, transportation, and
earthworks. To support of our business expansion at East, Central,
and South Kalimantan, we are seeking the highly motivated
professionals to fill in the positions below:

1. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (ME)
Set up and execute engineering activities such as design review,
verification, and studies relevant to project mechanical engineering
topic. Provide and ensure the installation, commissioning and start
up of mechanical static and rotating equipment according to the
mechanical design premises.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university;
minimum 2 years experience as mechanical engineer in plant
engineering and construction; maximum 35 years old; strong analytical
thinking, planning, and organizing; excellent on computer and English
both written and spoken.


2. HARVESTING SUPERITENDENT (HS)
Plan, manage, and control harvesting activities of Acacia wood from
forest industry concession which consist of compartment alignment,
pre-debarking, debarking, felling, and stacking. Review and develop
performance of harvesting contractors and unit supports; manage a
large numbers of harvesting manual crews in remote area. These
activities are purpose to maximize wood recovery on marketable
company comply with company standard requirement.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or Engineering; minimum 10
years experience in harvesting activities with minimum 3 years
experience at the same position; maximum 45 years old; strong
leadership and communication skill; computer literate; excellent in
English both written and spoken.


3. AUTOMATION ENGINEER (AE)
Design instrumentation within plant engineering project and involve
set up function of PLC, DCS, and process instrumentation diagram.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Electrical-Instrumentation or Physic Engineering
from reputable university; minimum 2 years experience in plant
construction engineering project; computer literate; excellent in
English both written and spoken; and maximum 30 years old.

4. SAFETY TRAINER (ST)
Plan, deliver, and evaluate the safety training programs which
consist of policies and rules on safety as well as hazard
identification and other related issues.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Health-Safety or Engineering from reputable
university; minimum 5 years experience in safety with minimum 2 years
experience as safety trainer; computer literate; excellent in English
both written and spoken; maximum 35 years old; proactive and
communicative; strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
