Qualification :
1. Financial Service Officer (code:FSO)
Well establish networking.
Able to work as a team or individually.
Excellent communication and sales presentation skills.

2. Branch Manager (code:BM)
Strong leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience on creating and implementing sales plan, motivating and managing team to achieve target.

3. Supervisor (code:SPV)
Strong leadership.

General Requirements :

2. Min. age :
- 28 yrs (code: BM)
- 22 yrs (code: SPV,FSO)
3. Education :
- Bachelor degree for SPV and BM
- Diploma for FSO / fresh graduate / last semesters

4. Having experience in Financial Institution such as; General insurance, Bancassurance, Bangking, Brokerage, Investment.
5. Good sales track record.
6. English fluency in oral and writing.
7. Computer literacy (Ms.Office).
8. Having good personality, dynamic, innovative and self confidence.
9. Selected candidates will be placed in; Depok, Cibubur, Karawang, Cilegon, Lampung, Palembang, Batam, Surabaya, and Pontianak.
