To help us meet our strategic goal and deliver our promise to shareholders, currently we are seeking Indonesia’s exceptionally talented people for the following position :

BUSINESS ANALYST – MINING

Experience :
Applicants should have :
Minimum 5 years business analyst or related work experience, preferably within mining industry.
Accountable for special projects.
First class English skills, in particular written English must be of a very high standard.

Education :
S1 (BS) Degree in Engineering (Mining Engineering degree are preferred, but not essential) from a recognized university. Overseas MBA or equivalent Master Degree would be an advantage.

Responsibilities :
Mining Market analysis. (eg size, growth, threats, competitors, external threats, cost drivers, innovation, strategy) :
Develop clear/accurate and up to date reports on the mining industry the Company operates in. Reports to identify all Key indicators that could impact out business key indicators.

Benchmarking :
Develop benchmarking of the Company performance against peers and competitors within mining industry.

Other requirements :
Preferable to have working experience in international companies.
May require travel to project sites within Indonesia from time to time for short durations.
First class English skills, in particular written English must be of a very high standard.
Team oriented, self motivated and ability to priorities work.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
A ‘can do’ attitude, with a hands on approach.

Business Improvement :
Assist Mining Business line GM – implement identified business improvement initiatives.
Investment assessment and modeling
Develop detailed financial models, including sensitivity analysis on potential mining investments.
Assist with acquisition reviews, due diligence on M&A opportunities.
