We urgently need :


Key Tasks :

• Technical support of system include on call for technical emergency support
• Onsite operation support for system in form of first line preventive/corrective maintenance surveillance and troubleshooting
• Diagnosticsation of problems & rectification installation of software updates
• Application development and customization base on customer requirement

Conditions :

• To be located in Jakarta
• Under contract basis, subject to further evaluation for permanent employment

Qualifications :

• Fresh graduate majoring Informatics Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering from reputable universities with GPA > 3.00.
• Not more than 24 years old.
• Good understanding of :
1. Operating system (Microsoft Windows, Linux and Unix)
2. Computer networks
3. Software development (Java, C/C++, shell scripting and Oracle)

Job Function:

• Responsible for performing secretarial duties to support Regional Team including documentation producing, filing, appointment scheduling, travel & hotel accomodation arrangement and office correspondences, plan & organize meeting.
• Responsible for coordinating work among departments / follow up assignments from GM/BM
• Assisting the team member in gathering and analyzing sales data and provide a comprehensive summary report


• Minimum Degree level with 3 years experience in Secretarial or Administration field
• Literate in Microsoft Office especially in MS-Excel and Power Point
• Good command in English verbally and written
• Interested in Administration field and coordination
• Able to work as team player
