Auditor (Team Leader)
Palm Oil Plantations and Mills
(Selangor - Klang Valley)
Responsibilities:
To set up and manage a team of auditors
To set up, maintain and improve an audit program
To prepare audit reports
To grow this service for Kruthoffer & Doll
To uphold Kruthoffer & Doll's name as an independent organization
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in either of the following fields
- Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety),
- Engineering (Industrial),
- Agriculture,
- Geographical Science,
- Biology,
- Chemistry,
- BioTechnology.
You have to be a good communicator, good listener, independent, strong, pro-active, a good manager and open minded.
You read and speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia. Speaking Bahasa Indonesia and/or Chinese gives you an advantage.
You have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of auditing of which at least 2 years as a team leader.
You are a quick learner and are willing to keep on learning.
Applicants must be willing to travel frequently around Malaysia and Indonesia for several days in a row.
Applicants should be Malaysian, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance/Inspection or equivalent.
Experience with plantations and mills is not mandatory (we will provide training), but will give you an advantage.
