Kualifikasi Kandidat Credit Officer :
• Pendidikan minimal DIII
• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Pengalaman bekerja minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Credit Officer perusahaan perbankan/perusahaan asuransi/perusahaan consumer/usaha kecil mandiri
• IPK minimal 2,75
• Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan mempunyai SIM C
Kualifikasi Umum :
• Menguasai bahasa daerah dan komunitas setempat
• Memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan
• Menyukai tantangan
• Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (minimal MS Office dan Exel)
2. Relationship Officer (Kode : RO – SC)
Kualifikasi Kandidat Relationship Officer :
• Pendidikan minimal DIII
• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Pengalaman bekerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales pada perusahaan consumer good (lebih diutamakan)
• Memiliki kemampuan di bidang menjual dan banyak relasi
• IPK minimal 2,75
• Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan mempunyai SIM C
Kualifikasi Umum :
• Menguasai bahasa daerah dan komunitas setempat
• Memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan
• Menyukai tantangan
