Senior Java Software Engineer
(Others - Brisbane CBD,Australia)



Responsibilities:


In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering quality J2EE web applications.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Transactional Website Java / J2EE Development and Design.
Application Architecture design knowledge of Java OO programming techniques.
Development experience with the following development tools: Servlets, JSP, Struts, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, LDAP, WSAD, Websphere MQ, CVS, Ant, HttpUnit.
Preferred skill(s): JSTL, JSP custom taglib, JDBC, XML, XSLT, FOP.
Experience developing applications targeting IBM WebSphere Web and Application Servers.
Relational database packages e.g. DB2, Cloudscape, Oracle, SQL Server.
Ability to communicate effectively with Business Stakeholders.
Image manipulation experience with Adobe Photoshop.
Applicants must be willing to work in Brisbane CBD, Australia.
