Legal Analyst (Leg)
Responsible for preparing, managing & reviewing all legal documents and annual general meeting of shareholder. Maintaining good relation with government institution.
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university min. GPA 3,00
Max. 30 years old
Min. 2 years working experience in Legal, Corporate Government and Corporate Secretary
Mastering Indonesian Law & practice
Excellent understanding of due-diligence and contracts
Proficient in English
