Senior Consultant/Consultant
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in the development of your market, exercising your industry and networking experience to determine the best approaches to attract quality candidates and manage their career transitions.
Your Role:
Providing market knowledge and advice to employers
Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals
Maintaining candidate networks
Providing resume, interview and career advice to candidates
Interviewing candidates and presenting concise reports to clients
Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
Developing and managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone and face to face
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification with 5 - 8 years' experience in similar business
Candidates with sales experience, with good industry knowledge will be considered
Possess good candidates network in specialized industries
Good experience in developing long-term business relationships
Demonstrate first-class communication skills
Possess entrepreneurial spirit, with high enthusiasm, drive and determination
Self-motivated, competitive and result driven
