HR – Operations Division Head
Qualifications :
* Male or Female, age 35 – 40 years old
* Min. 5 years experience in the relevant position, have a proven track record in handling payroll and tax, employee loan, insurance and Jamsostek, personnel file management, employee compensation and benefit strategy and other personnel administration and reporting activities, especially in banking industry
* Have a good knowledge and understanding on man power regulations, banking products and services, and general policies/procedures
* S-1 level education background from Administration Management, Psychology, Legal
* Strong communication and demonstrated behave ethically and professionally
* Strong ethic demonstrated by leadership behavior and initiative
* Able to work both individually and as a team player
* English and computer literate is a must
* Good appearance and attitude
HR – Training Division Head
Qualifications :
* Male or Female, age 35 – 40 years old
* Min. 5 years experience in the relevant position, have a proven track record in handling training center, formulating training need analysis and training productivity ratio, and other administration and reporting training activity, especially in banking industry
* Have a good knowledge and understanding on banking products and services, and general policies/procedures
* S-1 level education background from Management, Technical Industry, Psychology
* Strong communication and demonstrated behave ethically and professionally
* Strong ethic demonstrated by leadership behavior and initiative
* Able to work both individually and as a team player
* English and computer literate is a must
* Good appearance and attitude
