Senior Field Service Mechanic
(Others - Saudi Arabia,UAE,Kuwait,Bahrain,Oman)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Field Service Manager
Carry out inspection and repairs to machines/equipment in the field
Troubleshoot machines/equipment for malfunctions in the field
Portray a represent-able image for both himself and the company in front of customers.
Conduct a very professional behavior towards customers
Good housekeeping for his tools and vehicles
Correct and careful usage of special tools
Carry out instalations to equipment at site according to designs supplied by others.
Be willing and capable of passing on his skills to trainees under his supervision, in line with his department's traineeship programmed or be receptive of being trained in coaching and assessing in the workplace
Liases with other Field Service Mechanics and other Workshop Mechanics
The key challenge to this job is to produce high quality repairs in rather difficult environments in the field at minimum possible time.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Fluent in English both spoken & written, Arabic language is an advantage
10 years experiences in Engine, hydraulic systems, power trains, steering and brake systems for the line of products dealt within the company after successful apprenticeship.
