HSE Manager
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all matters pertaining to the site HSE activities.
Develop HSE documents and maintains the HSE standards.
Promote the site personnel involvement and commitment to safety excellence and support towards prevention of accidents and incidents.
Integrating HSE procedures, standards, and processes into the planning and execution of the work.
Lead reviews of local regulatory requirements and summations of local HSE codes and standards;
Ensure that all local HSE requirements are carried out.
Lead HSE orientation training and HSE management system training are in place.
Initiate the development and revision of HSE policies, plans, procedures, and standards for the project and manage all changes as relating to HSE issues and documents.
Develop portions of HSE interface plan relating to subcontractor.
Oversee development of all required HSE management system and HEMP records.
Manage all site HSE design, construction, and start-up activities.
Conduct self-assessments and site audits.
Communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Environmental Engineering or relevant qualifications
Knowledge of EHS management system
Good interpersonal skills
