QA Engineer (Aviation)
(Singapore - Loyang (East))
Responsibilities:
Review master router and work instructions to ensure compliance with approval technical data, customer & operational requirements.
Review key processes to ensure compliance with operational technical parameters.
Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with requirements.
Perform investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and prevention actions, mistake proofing activities.
Conduct First Article Inspection and investigate quality issues.
Conduct Quality Assurance training.
Lead and supervisor a team of QA/NDT inspectors.
Drive quality improvement in products and processes to exceed customer’s expectations.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Quality Assurance / Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
2 years of QA experience in related aviation field.
Applicants must have knowledge of FAR 145, SAR 145, EASA 145 and CCAR 145.
Possess or pursue and pass the CAAS papers - L11, L12 and/or C14 is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong drive for achievement with self-motivation to work beyond normal working hours when required.
Applicants should be Singaporeans or Singapore PRs.
Foreigners with relevant working experience in Singapore are also welome!
Working Location: Loyang (Company transport provided at Tampines / Pasir Ris MRT station).
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday).
