Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Basic programming skill.
- Required language(s): English.
- Preferred language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia

IT Customer Service

Responsibilities:
• Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for operations support, responsible for handling all events, problems and change/service requests that are raised and/or escalated from end-users or customer’s internal IT department.
• Single point of contact for problem reporting, diagnosis, tracking and management till report problems are resolved within the service level targets.
• Escalate problems that require on-site support to on-site support team.
• Escalate problems to relevant parties (eg. in-house application team, in-house network team, 3rd party vendor or server support team).
• Ensure that all problems are logged into the Problem Management System
• Escalate any issues to Project Supervisor or Project Manager’s attention where required.
• Always keep user informed on the status of the problem throughout the entire
problem resolution cycle and call will only be closed with the user’s verification.
• Ensure IT inventories, spare inventories and loan equipment are always up-to-date.
• Provide and generate data and/or inputs required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies/IT or related discipline.
- 1 year working experience in Call Center / Helpdesk environment.
- Preferably (but not necessary) to have 1 year dealing with Service Quality issues and/or processes.
- Good communication skills is a must.
