Responsibilities:
Overall Responsibility & Principal Accountabilities:
Responsible for Pre- Operations and Maintenance (O & M) plan preparation
Operations & Management staff Recruitment
Operations & Management budget detail plant preparation
Operations & Management training and detail schedule
IT system implementation
Review all engineering drawing
Review all strategic spare parts
Review and prepare Operations & Management manual
Review and prepare Operations & Management procedures and punch list
Participate in commissioning and test under direction of EPC contractor
Requirements:
Indonesian, Male 37 - 42, Master of Science in Engineering (S-2 Degree) or at least S-1 Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputable overseas / local -national universities.
At least 12- 15 years working experience in MNC (multinational company). Operation of Steam Power Plant (PLTU) with proven track record in holding various supervisory / managerial position.
Solid experience and currently is still holding Operations Manager position in coal based power plant.
Willing to work and be based in Bontang, East Kalimantan.
Ability to communicate in English fluently - both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated / self-starter, excellent team player and possess integrity.
Strong analytical skills.
Computer literate (MS Office)
