Our client, one of The Leading Manufacture of Disposables Medical Devices, Establish in 1965, Location in BATAM area, currently looking for a high motivated candidates for the positions:


Executive Secretary
(Riau - Batam)


Responsibilities:

Word processing and filing: organizing and maintaining information
Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks to ensure most urgent are performed first
Proactive problem recognition and ability to be a positive in any situation
Ability to demonstrate strong Communication, Consideration, and Collaboration on the job everyday calendaring and setting up meetings (i.e., making room reservations, catering, copying, etc.).
Assist executives in managing their time for meetings, travel etc.
Answer incoming phone calls for executives
Organizing meetings
Drafting letters in English and proofreading for grammar /punctuation/spelling
Communicating in English & Mandarin preferred
Preparing proposals, letters & presentations in English
Some event management


Requirements:

Female
Age between 25-30 years old
Hold S1 Degree
Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Effective written communication
Must have knowledge and ability in business correspondence and an ability to proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy;
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
General attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, and motivated with positive & energetic attitude
Ability to communicate effectively and calmly in all situations ranging from routine to stressful.
Excellent memory and organizational ability, in order to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Self starter
Have at least 2 years experience working for executives
Strong personality but very friendly
Responsible & accountable
Able to make decisions and Independent
Is responsible for sound judgment, thoroughness and competence
Team player
