IT Telco Billing Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)


Responsibilities:
The Billing MANAGER spearheads the development and management of applications for Billing related systems including rating and billing platform, Mediation and Settlement platform and Fraud and Credit platform.


Main Responsibilities :

- Functional and administrative management of their respective Billing unit whose responsibility follows for any of the Billing related system as enumerated above:
* Ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services covering system application development and management for core business and management support units.
* Collaborate constantly with business management units of various organizations to identify and address end to end IT application system requirements
* Perform project management functions for the development, provisioning , and implementation of applications systems
* Perform in-house applications development functions ( where economically feasible ) that includes:
#System Analysis & Programming
#Quality Assurance
#Post Implementation review
#Enhancements & Control Management
* Ensure compatibility of applications system to allow integration with other systems
* Perform system parameter management
* Provide application system 2nd Level helpdesk for system users
* Provide IT assistance to relevant business and support units in the design, development and implementation of new IT products and services.
- Acquiring section Capex and Opex approval from Department Head
- Prepares IT reports relevant to the section.

Requirements:
Age 26 - 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a reputable university.
Solid knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Telecommunication industry
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
