Project Architects (Based in China)

Responsibilities:


You will plan, design, and implement building projects such as residential developments, commercial complexes, parks and other related facilities. You will produce high quality architectural designs and concepts, and/or assist in the design work. You will liaise with the clients, other consultants and the local authorities (of the respective countries), and work with the local Architect in the authorities' submission, project execution, co-ordination and on-site construction supervision.

Requirements:


You should possess a degree in Architecture with 2 - 8 years of architectural experience and have a strong flair for design. You should have good project management, excellent communication and co-ordination skills, great conceptualization and presentation skills. You should be a great team player who possesses the ability to set, lead and package exciting designs in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience in commercial and hospitality designing, and preferably have knowledge in design projects across different cultures. You should be competent in AutoCad, 3D Max/Viz, Photoshop and Powerpoint. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
