Responsibilities:
Lead analysis process: identification and documentation of user requirements. Translate user requirement into technical specification.
Lead design and creation of system specification (process, data, application, etc.).
Train and mentor developer (programmer analyst) for documentation, coding and testing.
Communicate within team leader and developer to verify that the application is properly developed.
Conduct QA/QC process: review and inspect deliverables.
Lead unit, integration and performance testing.
Requirements:
Have working experience in software development house would be an advantage.
Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry. Understands client organization's direction, structure, and requirements.
Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
Documents and analyzes required information and data.
Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Able to develop high-level and detailed design specifications.
Experienced in performing requirements gathering, analysis and specifications.
Strong knowledge of the SDLC methodology.
Highly proficient in a variety of Object Oriented Design and Analysis methods and techniques including UML, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams.
Working knowledge in database application such as ERD, Data Dictionary, and Flow chart.
Must have strong Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object Oriented Development (OOD/OOAD) background.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to interact with a broad range of Technical and non-Technical audiences.
Object Oriented programming (OOP) experience (i.e. Java, J2EE, C++).
XML and/or SQL query development.
Experience in a online game industry is a plus.
Experienced in writing thorough and detailed technical documentation.
At least 3 years of working as System Analyst.
Having good leadership skill to manage people, including delegating the tasks.
Willing to handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Creative, innovative, self motivated and proof oriented mindset.
Ability to multi-task and work in a flexible yet organized manner
Able to fit in a flexible/fast pace/entrepreneurial environment.
Language qualification: fluent in written and spoken English.
Applicants must be willing to relocate and work in Denpasar Bali.
Possess good inter-personal skill, proactive, initiative, discipline, hard worker, friendly, good attitude, creative, committed and have good communication.
Ability to work long hours and MUST be willing to work in a demanding environment.
Able to work under pressure and work independently as well as in team.
