Candidates with experience working in SAP HR environments and have in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Time, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Personnel Development, Compensation Management, Training, Events Management, Recruitment, Travel Management and Career and Succession Planning. Certification in SAP HR and ASAP Methodology are preferred.

We have multiple positions available at various levels, from Consultant through Practice Manager.

The successful candidates will deliver consulting services serving as functional implementation consultants or team leads on our consulting projects or as expert consultants on individual engagement to organizations adding functionality, redesigning business processes, transforming HR or resolving issues.

SAP HR Consultant/Sr Consultant (Multiple Positions)
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

* Chiefly serves as functional implementation consultant and/or team lead on SAP HR projects.
* Provides expertise in requirements definition, configuration, testing and production support.
* Takes initiative to establish relationships with customers to foster knowledge transfer and proactively advise on issues.
* Grows the consulting practice through activities such as providing content for marketing brochures, participating as a subject-matter expert in sales calls, providing proposal assistance in your areas of expertise, and assisting in interviews of potential practice resources.
* Participates in company growth and development by proactively sharing knowledge and assisting in internal projects and delivering external presentations to support the sales team.
* Plays an active role in ensuring the quality of services through serving as a team player and being committed to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Strong SAP HR background and knowledge in area of expertise.
* Extensive configuration experience.
* Several full life-cycle projects completed.
* SAP HR ABAP experience is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstated ability to provide advice and counsel using a consultative approach.
* Excellent communication (both written and spoken English) and interpersonal skills as well as teamwork.
* Takes initiative, exercise sound judgement and is results-oriented.
* Focuses on customer satisfaction and quality of service.
* Professional presentation.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
