Temporary Administration Clerk
What is Temporary Administration Clerk?
The incumbent of this position is accountable to provide administrative assistance to the Customer Service & Logistics department in the performance data entry and other administrative duties. He/she will be responsible to ensure the timely recording of invoices and the reliability of entries in the system. The length of the contract will be 3 months.
The working hour for this position is 12 pm – 9 pm.
Who are we looking for?
Min. Diploma graduate, with good academic records
Fresh Graduate or less than 1 year experience
Willing to be located in Cikarang (preferably domicile in Cikarang / Bekasi area)
Good understanding of English both oral and written
Good computer skill (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel)
Ability to sustain long periods of pressure in order to meet deadlines
Can start working as soon as possible
