Head Of IT
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the infrastructure.
* Implements network security Policy & infrastructure
* Oversees the administration and maintenance of infrastructure
* Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer and software
* Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
* Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
* Oversees MS extension help desk , Desktop & server activities.
* Responds to escalated help desk issues.
* Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software.
* Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
* Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
* Ensures that company assets are maintained as per company’s policy
* Facilitates team meetings effectively.
* Holds regular status meetings with team.
* Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
* Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management
* Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.
* Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.
* Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
* Leads internal teams/task forces

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Preferably managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* 8 -15 years experience in related function;
* Telecommunication background is a must;
* Age max. 40 years old;
* Good understanding of IT infrastructure operations in Telco (System admin, Database mgt and Network mgt);
* Good English proficiency.
